Lipowy Stok

Buyers compare several developments and want to quickly find an apartment by size, floor and price. Developers in Poland also have to publish prices, price history and parking prices on their website. The goal: a search as convenient as a big property portal, on the developer's own site, with full price transparency.

The building elevation is a drawing where every apartment is clickable and coloured as free, reserved or sold. Filters (rooms, position in the building, price) dim the apartments that don't match and are saved in the page address. Each apartment card has a floor plan with room areas, a sunlight slider for any hour, the price with parking and storage, a payment schedule and price history. A neighbourhood map shows walking and cycling times.
